Delivery time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after your order ships.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow your RxRootz every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your RxRootz. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return: Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
